Lincoln Square BID

Local Resources

City and State

As a public-private partnership, we act as advocate, liaison, promoter, and problem solver for the community and provide a critical link between New York City government and the neighborhood. We work closely with the NYC Department of Small Business Services and Mayor de Blasio's Office, as well as other city officials and agencies, as we strive to improve the quality of life in Lincoln Square.

Business Services

The New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS)
serves as a single point of access for all questions that local businesses have when it comes to interacting with government. The agency can help businesses obtain permits and licensing, access financing and incentives, hire and train your workforce, and more. The agency also runs several Business Solution Centers, which offer free business counseling and classes to small business owners in all five boroughs. Visit www.nyc.gov/sbs or dial 311 for more information.

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is responsible for promoting economic growth throughout the city. They can be a resource for information on real estate development, incentives and other business resources. Call 212.619.5000 or visit www.nycedc.com.
